Lauren Townsend opened the scoring for the home side in the 22nd minute with Erin Murray adding a brace before half time. Prolific goal scorer Jassie Vasconcelos added her name to the team sheet in the 52nd minute and Erin Murray scored another for her hat trick in the 71st minute. Rhyl did have a late reply for Cardiff Met with Rachel Lloyd scoring in the 75th minute and Joy Jamieson grabbing a second for Rhyl on the 84th minute but unfortunately for the visitors it was too little too late.

Rosie Hughes grabbed an equaliser for Llandudno just before half time but City were quick to take the lead again with Lyons getting her second of the game just after the break. Swansea City 3-0 Aberystwyth Town
League leaders Swansea City stayed 3 points ahead of second place Met with a win over Mid Wales side Aberystwyth Town. Jodie Passmore opened the scoring in the 16th minute and new signing Stacey Webber doubled their lead in the 22nd minute. Aberystwyth could not find their way past the Swans defence but with some tough defending managed to keep Swansea’s high scoring strikers at bay for long periods of time. A late push from Swansea did see Katy Hosford break down Town’s tough defence to get a third for the hosts late in the second half.
