Joel Hutton's Cardiff City currently occupy the second spot with 29 points from fourteen games, but they have a difficult test on Sunday, as they travel to Port Talbot Town. The Steeltown club have enjoyed an excellent season under Hayley Williams' management and they are hoping for a highest-ever finish. Currently in 4th, Talbot have 24 points from thirteen games. Hutton will remind his squad that a win on the road will end Williams' side's hopes of second place, so its sure to be a tense encounter at the GenQuip Stadium (2pm kick-off).
Ian Owen's Swansea City will be hoping to put their League Cup final disappointment behind them when they host neighbours Briton Ferry at Llandarcy. Alicia Powe (illness) was substituted last Friday, so Owen will be hoping that his influential skipper is fully fit to start, whilst Jodie Passmore will be hoping that her impressive cameo last weekend from the bench will earn her a recall in attack.
Ross Norgrove's Ferry gained their first win of the season last weekend against Rhyl, but Sunday's local derby will be a more difficult test.
